Jade offers database reliability at a level I have not experienced before. Recent Example: A client using Concord made a serious error in processing a Stock take transaction and asked if we could reverse the mistake. We were able to restore from the previous nights backup, and “Transaction Roll-forward” to the minute prior to the mistake occurring. “Time to Develop” each feature is significantly quicker than other contemporary development environments.

MySQL offers an easy to install, manage, and use SQL database environment that we use for Data Warehousing. One client routinely produced reports from data tables that exceeded two million rows, in a matter of seconds, compared to the hour that their old technology provided.

Crystal Report-writer is recognised as a worldwide product. It is easy to use and accessible to most users. We have managed to integrate it into Concord to provide a seamless approach to report generation.
